Newer is usually worth more, and MacBooks hold value better than most Windows laptops.
Cosmetic and Functional
Cracked screens, dead batteries, and dents factor in, but they do not disqualify a device. We still want to look.
RAM, Storage, Processor
More RAM and storage mean a higher offer. If you do not know the specs, just bring it in.
Resale Value
We base our offers on recent eBay sold prices, your device’s condition, and current demand. Devices we can resell quickly may receive a higher offer.
